Prices 2022
Prices are from € 252.00. Rates are per night and per apartment, for two people and for a stay of at least three nights. Rates include some services, specified on the services page but do not include the following mandatory fees:
- Tourist tax: € 1.50 per person per night, applicable for over 14s.
- Final cleaning € 95.00
- € 200 deposit to be paid by cash on arrival and to be returned on departure, if the apartment is left tidy and with no damage.
- The balance of the reservation will be paid at the property upon check-in.
Arrival and departure
Apartments are available from 4 pm until 6 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are to arrive after 6 pm.

Please leave the apartment before 9.30 am on the day of departure. Guests should leave the apartment tidy – crockery washed up, fridge emptied and rubbish and recycling placed in the appropriate place. This will help us clean before the next guests’ arrival. If this is not done, the € 200 deposit mentioned above will be retained.
We will charge the full rental fees when guests leave early or arrive late.
Bookings
Bookings can be made via email. At the time of booking we require a booking fee of 30% of the total cost of the stay. Once the booking fee is paid, the booking is completed. The full amount can then be paid via bank transfer. The balance of the reservation will be paid at the property upon check-in.
Ways to pay
We accept payments in cash, or by Visa, Mastercard or debit card.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, the following booking fee reimbursements will be applied:
- Cancellation more than a month before arrival: full refund
- Cancellation within 15 of arrival: 50% refund
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount due must be paid without any exceptions.
Cleaning
One linen refresh and an apartment clean service are included for all stays of 2 weeks or longer.
- You may request a mid-week Clean me service for the apartment including a linen refresh for two people, costing €80.00. A charge of €20.00 will be made for each extra person.
- A simple bed linen refresh is €10 per person
- A simple bath linen refresh is €10 per person
- Final cleaning is mandatory and costs €95.00
Pets
Unfortunately, we are not able to welcome pets. We hope you understand.
Reminders
To keep the ambiance calm and quiet, we remind you that:
- Smoking is absolutely not permitted inside the apartments and around the plunge pool area.
- The apartments are for your use only and outside guests are not permitted.
- Bookings cannot be made by guests under 18 years.
